The accommodations were impecable, only $40 more than a cubicle motel
room but all the luxury. The location was great, right downtown, and
within easy walking istance to everything. Had a wonderful time and the
bed was extremely comfortable.

Modern room, spacious, stylish. Excellent cooking facilities. Safe, and walking distance to all major streets.
Everything are good, facilities; location; the unit was nice and clean.
Beautifully furnished apt. at a level of a 5 star hotel, good location.
The location was excellent. The unit was clean and well furnished.
Felt at home during all of our stay.
The parking was in a public parking garage and not very secure. And the
Pool was outdoors and it was too cold to use, haha. Other than that no
complaints.
Serious problems with tv, cable and channels. Tv wouldn't work. Had to call for help. Didn't and would show us what they did to fix it. Did get DVDs down stairs which helped.

- no face towel and hand towel in bathroom, only 2 bath towel for a 7 days stay.
- no towel use in Kitchen.
Had to pick up the keys to the apt. about 1km from the apt.; and directions on the amenities in the apt. (how to use the TV and WiFi) were in a folder that was hard to find.
The gym was small and busy.
Toilet leaking, broken window and road repairs with no parking available. Poor customer service and late response to multiple claims.
