The hotel was convenient to all of the Winterlude activities. The staff were fantastic and friendly. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. remodelled foyer and two storey space. bed looked great and very comfortable. clean. modern and efficiently designed washroom. The hotel staff was grace under fire (literally) when the fire alarm went off at 6:40 AM on March 21st. It was well handled.

The television was not HD and we would have appreciated a greater range of channels as we are avid sports fans. no safe box in the room. Mixing up my address, in particular my country of residence at the checkout desk. The Conference had a special rate for those attending at 124.00 per night and I was charged 250+ the first night and 159+ the other two nights. never again!. The room was very small. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. We asked for a Queen sized bed but got a King which takes up alot of the room. Why do I get charged for parking? Only one chair and one robe, for two people. the washroom was far too small paying for parking. wi-fi doesn't connect well in the room In 2013 everybody need a wi-fi in the room... very small room. Had to pay to park car to stay. Didn't feel it was worth the money...nothing special!. The room is not very confort since there is an extra door on the wall. This door is used to desperate my room and the other so I can quite here what they say from the other room. I am so disappointed it!. did not like to pay for parking!. AC is very low, hard to fall in sleep at night.
