This establishment is owned by people who understand the meaning of cleanliness and customer satisfaction and do their utmost to follow it through. Free car parking. Friends went to a hotel on the falls and the room was no cleaner than ours and they paid 3 times the amount we did. A short $7 taxi ride to the falls gets you right amongst the action. Would certainly use this place again when in the area.
all reviews » Upon our arrival the staff was very friendly.Our room was very large and clean. We had a microwave, small bar fridge and coffee maker.The air condition worked well and there is excellent water pressure in the shower. The bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The price was great value and the location was just a short distance to all local attractions. Staff was very friendly. Answered all questions. Location is in walking distance from the falls - but not in the heart of the hustle and bustle of everything, so it's quieter. Look for the adorable black and white kitten (Sept. 2013) - hopefully the owners named him Panda after our stay and conversation. He's super friendly...!!. The owner and his wife were very friendly and helpful . The rooms were very clean and comfortable and well equipped with a fridge , coffee machine and toaster . The bed was comfy and clean. Very clean place . Close to the falls and the highway . Recommended to every-one . We had a fantastic time. The hotel looks new, but the rooms were designed to look really cheesy and that's exactly what we wanted. We stayed in the fireplace/hottub room and it even had a wall of mirrors. For our purposes, it was ideal. Great price. Staff where friendly and helpful. It had picnic table and a bbq love that we could have a bbq and not have to eat out!. This hotel is not the Taj Mahal, but it is certainly worth the money.Had a little bit of a musty smell when you first walk into the room, but after a short time you don't notice it. No pool. In room wifi wasn't very strong. Was almost as if there was none. Maybe it depends on the room, but as an American in from out of the country - it's really important to have a good wifi connection - especially to use maps online :) No decaf coffee :( (if there was it wasn't marked) Not a deal breaker - but I can't have caffeine. The neighborhood was a bit hokey . The wifi didn't work, and the staff were MIA so I couldn't find anybody to ask about it. Could have done with a light breakfast being provided. regrettably the door to the bathroom had been damaged and poorly repaired; also not plug for the sink. No comment. The WI-FI doesn't work for all the week we stay whenever we try it in the night. The light in the bathroom have a timer. Motel room interior we stayed in. Shopping is very expensive. Smusty smell. to pricy for accomodations. rooms very dirty. had to ask for towels rooms not cleaned on second day. Wi fi advertised but unavailable rude owner /Lady Poor breakfast choices Lack of hot water No stopper in the bath hence unable to use.
