Incredibly good offer for the price. It is my second visit in 5 years. It delivers what it promises. It is a University residence, not a multi-star hotel.
The location is perfect, right in at the city center, and its also affordable comparing the price to its location.

Our accommodations were a one bedroom apartment with a kitchen and
private bathroom. More space than we expected.

The rooms were neat, but not comfortable. The rooms were not spacious at all.

The shower wasn't cleaned, and still had a wash cloth and soap from
the last person. And the table wasn't wiped down. Our heater was
broken in the on position (in August) and it was very hot. The employees
are student RAs and couldn't help. It was very hot.

They booked me into the wrong room the first night, and while I was gone for the day moved my stuff, and lost it until 10:30 the following day. Terribly unorganized and a frustrating experience.

The elevator was slow. The ac did not work. The windows did not open.
There is no room service. Staffs look like not professional. The room
for customers are all face to the main road, so the rooms are very noisy
in the night. The fasilities in the room are poor or fewer than
presented on the web site of letsbookhotel.com.
I book the private condo for me but when I reached there , there was no condo available for me ..after much discussion, they just give me shared apartment & also they charge me for private condo...& no internet in my room...very bad...fan is too much bad.
