A very good value for money... Friendly staff, nice and clean rooms with all the facilities. SWIMMING POOL was a bonus for such a good price. Our family enjoyed the nice outdoor swimming pool in the Kamloops heat. The motel is located in a beautiful surroundings / mountains... and is also centrally located with many restaurants and shopping stores... Only stayed one night, but central to a Safeway and Target as well as a few restaurants. Was a 5mins taxi ride from Greyhound terminal. Very convenient and comfortable for a night stay.
all reviews » ・Accessible location! We visited Kamloops by a car. Location is near the exit of highway. ・Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable (soft and thick). Adequate room for the price. It was clean and comfortable. Although close to a major road, the traffic noise did not bother me. It was convenient and was all we needed for our stay over on our trip to Vancouver. Great location for travellers . Central ,easy to find. Very basic,reasonable accommodation .pleasant staff. Location for shopping. The location of the motel was within nearby has stations, grocery store and other amenities. Proximity bus stop, Safeway Supermarket, Greyhound Bus Station, Internet. Fair rate for rooms, decor is old but it seemed clean. Good location... Price and clean. price. Nice services front staf so good i was happy with. cheapest price for two nights. Location and that's it. Where it was located. Good location. Pool. There was 1 chair that I could use to jam under the doorknob as a security device. There was no dead lock so I like that there was a chair. I like the air comditioning that worked. I liked that one of the towels was clean. Nothing the place is a dump. Absolutely nothing. Nothing. nothing. Amenities are not prepared well.(depends on rooms) We stayed in this motel twice. First we stayed here, towels were not prepared in the room but for the second time, towels were prepared. Bedding (blanket and bedspread) were thin. I took the blanket and bedspread off the extra bed and this we enough to keep me comfortably warm. Nothing. The room was not clean upon check in. Could see hair and dirt on bathroom counter, floor had not been vaccumed, old caulking in bathroom and tub. No housekeeping next morning. Tired decor. Even though the rooms are supposed to be no smoking our room smelled like cigarette smoke. Our room neighbors smoked in the room and non of the staff/ owners cared. Free wifi is offered but the connection was poor most of the time. Pool unavailable, beverage machine out of order, photos misrepresented the lack of space, group who reserved there that I was meeting, was moved to the adjoining sister motel (Knights Inn) which from the appearance and interior should be condemned. (Subsidence on the front quarter). building looks like it needs to be demolished immediately!. worst room i ever slept in smell of smoking in the room, sheets and furniture bathroom really dirty as if the tub would never be cleaned felt quite unsafe because of strange neighbours. Pictures looked good on internet but our mistake is we didn't look at the room first before paying. The pool wasn't clean, Food and Crumbs underneath bed, stained carpets, dilapidated bathroom, room was crammed; hardly any room to move around with a family of 4. What a colossal rip off for almost $100 :P. The carpet was very dirty. There was no chair for the desk. The air conditioner leaked all night and flooded my bathroom. One of the electric wall plates was broken and the two halves were just hanging on the wires. No lock on inside door so put a chair under it, room stunk, dirty, saggy bed. I was told it was 101.00$ and then when I got there it cost 158.00$ too much!!!. No dead lock, dirty towels and facecloth, dirty shower. The smell,, the place stinks. Dirtiness dark gloumy unclean tub faucet dripping not clean riff raff non helpful staff. Everything Dirty. rundown, Waste had not been removed from room. Regular coffee had not been replaced.Linen not replaced from previous night. I am 72 years old and I can honestly say that it was the worst experience I have had in a Canadian motel. Room was Very Dirty Asked for a Wake up call asked to have a taxie to take me to the hospital had to go down and get them to call because no phon book in room and they hadn't call Worset place I have ever stayed. Dirty dirty dirty, Urine on toilet seat, hair in bath tub, dirty towels dirt walls dust everywhere and over charged my room rate. A bit of a dump quite run down and the staff didn't care. Room is not clean and very congested. Especially the towel's were not washed properly.
