All round it was very nice! I had a suite which made my stay even nicer. Got an excellent rate on-line for a suite ....but before booking I called the 800 number and they told me there were no rooms available--- when in fact there was a major storm forecasted and the hotel was empty!!!! I really don't like booking through a 800 number from the States----they are too far removed. Beds were extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. Continental breakfast was delicious and staff was super friendly and helpful.

Staff friendly, breakfast was good, had hot food. Beds were comfortable and the price was right. the location and the beds were comfortable. Price was very good. The bathroom floor was sticky!!! My slippers were sticking to it!. Hallways could use some updates and maybe more soothing colors and carpets. The carpet is old and dirty looking. No elevator, I was on the second floor as we're some older people they as well as I had to carry heavy luggage up two flights of stairs. Breakfast area congested and did not flow like a Buffett, left to right etc. I called for a reservation and the desk clerk told me my rate per night was going to be $110. I told her that I could book the room on Bookings.com for $95.00 per night but she said she coulding offer that rate so I booked on line. I would think your staff should be authorized to meet the online booking rate as they can confirm it on line and save the customer from having to book it. lack of space for breakfast as sports teams took up all the tables, had coffee and left for breakfast at Diplomat. Only complaint we had was they only put coffee in your room the first day of your stay we stayed 4 nights and had to buy K-cups for the other 3 nights everyone complained about this. Very Cheap on their part!. Lots of lady bugs on windows - drains very slow. the bar fridge was frozen over in bad shape needed a major defrost. the holder for the sugar stir sticks was full of dust last cleaned??? could use a new face lift hte smell of cleaning product a little stronge not a pleasant odour. Carpet in room was filthy and discussting. There need to be options to the use of thick duvets on the beds. These duvets are simply too hot. Therefore, I will be seeking other hotels in the future. I cannot sleep under a duvet (especially in a hot summer) and should have more than using a bedsheet as an option. Matress need to be upgraded. Not comfotable at all. We were definetly not rested in the morning. The carpet in our room was stained everywhere and needs to be ripped out and hardwood installed. The bathroom tub, and sink needs to be replaced. They are old and faucets loose. The breakfast was poor. the doors were noisy.. poor sound insulation unfortunately there was a festival that w/e. Our room needed updating. For example, carpet looked stained. Towel rack in bathroom is rusted. Sink is old and PO plug is rusted. And the bath spout is loose.
