The Staff were excellent. Cheryl on the front desk was simply amazing. Every hotel should have one. We were very comfortable, the food was great, excellent service. One of the few places I stayed where I did not have any negatives about the visit. My family was very happy there as well. Thank you We will do it again next year. The lobbies, room, bed (and bedding), decor, restaurant and lounge, business facilities, were all world-class. Food was delicious and staff was exceptionally warm and helpful. The river view from my room was spectacular, the walking trail was lovely. The shop and spa also very classy.
all reviews » Newly renovated room with very comfortable bed - quiet - beautiful view - good technology (TV/ internet / hookups, etc.) Good checkout time - friendly staff - good food in restaurant - lots to see and do in vicinity. Everything was clean and staff was very friendly and professional.The location was perfect as we had concert tickets in the area.We left our vehicle parked at the motel and used cab service to and from the event. Outdoor pool and restaurants overlook the river and scenery is just beautiful! Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Very contempory looking! I really enjoyed my relaxing weekend. A lovely hotel with great facilities and an excellent location right on the river - very close to downtown Fredericton and an easy drive to the Bay of Fundy and the Appalachian Trails. Large room. Nice terrace by the river. Ease of access from highway and convenient to the downtown section. At the reception, we were receiced with a nice women offering us a small glass of wine and finger food. Enjoyed the upto date facilities and the knowledgeable staff,who also were obliging of our requests. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was very clean and very nice design. Room restaurant. every thing. location. -Did get moved to a quieter room on 2nd night after asking for a move. Change room for the pool. No tub in bedroom - couldn't use pool or hot tub at all because of so many children using it - price was a little high. We were not very happy to find out when we left that our 2012 Santa Fe had a dent in the passengers door from someone parked next to us opening their door against ours....now we pay to have it fixed... Balancing the environmental controls for the room was a bit difficult. perhaps an oversite of my own...I didn't ask and nobody said there were rooms that pets were not allowed. I would have chosen such a room upon booking. Though my room was very clean, it disgusts me to think an animal was in the bed i was sleeping in!. I would like to see breakfast included with the room, but not over priced. I believe I could have had it included but the price was way more then anyone would pay for breakfast. When you are on a business trip having breakfast included is so much easier. Other places we stay do include breakfast. nothing. Nothing. Not enough staff at check in. Only one person working at counter to handle both check in and guest questions. Made for a long wait to check in. Need a few more garbage bins about the trails and parking lots. The pool was too small to swim laps and too cold to get excited about. not applicable. restruant service was very slow. Would liked to have seen more vegetarian options in the restaurant. n/a. Noisy!! Lots of teams staying there and I spent first night in the middle of one. -Expensive -awful coffee in room.
