Good location across the street from the beach. Staff fixed problem with shower head right away. Reception staff speaks very good English. They took care of all my needs. Good breakfast and very good coffee. I'd stay with them again. The beach is just a walk across the road from the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The area the hotel is in is safe and centre of town was only about 10 minute walk. Going back again in three weeks.

All staff were very helpful. the breakfast was great in the open air overlooking the sea, they had western and local dishes to choose from. location - average breakfast - average hotel for price. A big room with good amenities - across the road from the beach and walking distance to good resturaunts - staff very friendly and helpful good value for the price. This hotels location was excellent right across from the beach where you could eat and drink at numerous bars very cheaply and very good we had 2 mohitos a dozen BBQ scallops on the half shell with 3 vegetable and prawn scewers with choice of baked potato rice and fries all for 12 dollars cannot beat that and it was excellent. Sihanoukville is small town, so there is nothing far. The beach is near ,just across the street.Breakfast is very good. Wi-Fi is very poor in the room , but in the reception is very good. Have stayed here before , over the last 5 years. Found it to be good value for money. 4th floor excellent sea view. I really love this location because it's very closed along the beach, and the view around the hotel is also very interesting. and attractive. Only negitave and it is a very small one is that the breakfast buffett was very Cambodian based. Bathroom needed some attention. Dripping shower. they didnt provide extra towels for the pool or beach. hardly any hot water - no wifi in 4th floor rooms, given upgrade to front on 1st floor, good wifi but still cold water most days. Breakfast was very poor and no other meal was served. . The hotel pool is a lot smaller than it looks in the picture and doesnot seem clean and clear I think you could probably find just as close to the beach for a better price as we talked to a few people and this seemed the consensus. Hotel staf should learn a lot. On this trip , there was no indication that there was significant building work going on at the rear of the hotel. The banging would start at 6;30 / 7;00 and continue until lunch time. Staff were reluctant to move you to other side of hotel. would not have stayed here if knew about the building work ??. sea water and beach not clean. I really don't like the services of the house keeping, also the staff, and iam so sorry about my commend, we are really apologize for my feeling that showing like that, .
