The rooms were very attractive and very clean, and they had great views of the city. Rooms came with all the expected amenities and the staff was very nice and helpful. The staff acted like it was a 5 star hotel. They got me bus tickets to Siem Reap. Also, tuk-tuks were always easy to get from the front door. Overall it was very good for the price. we loved the salita hotel, we'd def recommend and would stay there if we returned to P P. The bed was extremely comfortable with good quality pillows and bedding. We were in 604 so had an excellent view of the Olympic stadium, I would say go therevtovwatch the public aerobics at 530pm every day.
all reviews » The staff were really helpful and friendly. They helped book our bus to Vietnam. Nothing was a problem and they looked after our bags when we checked out. The room was as pictured, very clean, just what we needed. Big and clean rooms, good value for money. Free internet and computers you can use. Only a few minutes away from the riverfront and Royal Palace by Tuk-Tuk. Good location, breakfast buffet with a wide selection of dishes, very nice view of the city from rooms on the upper floors. Nice size room although not as nice as the pictures. Reception staff very good. Nothing. The hotel is in a poor and run-down neighborhood. A tuk-tuk to the riverside is about $3-$4 each way. Breakfast is not good. One plate on the buffet had dozens of ants crawling all over the food. Gross. watch the tuk tuk drivers, one tried to charge us 75 dollars for the day!. The breakfast was probably one of the worse we experienced during our five weeks away. The coffee was undrinkable, bit of a disappointment. This is the only negative for a really great hotel. The location is not great but any tuk-tuk will take you there for little money. Breakfast was not very tasty, but you can eat a lot!!. The air-conditioning in my room wasn't quite up to the job - but they were going to fix it. Breakfast have to improve. Food is not so good and almost same. Breakfast was decent but catered mainly for Chinese guests. Breakfast was served between 6-10am. We went at 9 on both days and all was cold. They did heat it up for us and cooked fresh fried eggs, so they were very helpful - but breakfast ts certainly not a selling point. Its location means that tuk tuks are necessary to get to more westernised locations. Location was ok but a bit far from the main centre so you have to take a tuk tuk everywhere. Nothing. Breakfast is not good. nothing. Location seemed to be off the beaten tourist track. Poor breakfast, not too many western options. Be careful with the tuk tuks in front of the hotel. Always agree on the price before getting in. The staff in the restaurant could not speak english. The receptionist have misktake correct room booking Airconditioner not cool , not enough hot water for bath at deluxe room , breakfast not good. Hotel is still under renovation. If you stay in room during day time, it is noisy. Breakfast sucks. poor breakfast ,. Very expensive for the quality I m still loonking for.
