Simple low-cost guesthouse, 15 minutes walk to bus station, shopping center and central market, 10 minutes walk to the river. 5 minutes walk to the next market place. Other points of interest are also close.

This hotel is not the cosiest but you get what you pay for. Our double room was pretty spacious with an extra corridor and 2 sinks, a big window overlooking Wat Phnom and a mobile,quiet fan.There is a TV but almost no reception. Toiletries are free but you need to ask for it. The included breakfast is decent.You have a choice of tea or coffee (hot or iced), 2 eggs any style and toast! The location is very convenient,you can pretty much walk everywhere and you find Psar Chas just a few metres aw. all reviews »
The staff was very kindly and helpful. There was always a good atmosphere. The food was excellent and very cheep.

Price. Good for a one-night stop-over. Breakfast was basic but tasty. Eggs, toast and tea or coffee. The omelette had nice seasoning. Free pick-up from the airport and they were there waiting with a sign....and a motorcycle.

Dark. Pretty windowless. Old rooms, pretty moldy. Most of family/staff not that friendly, except one son. Kind of had an older male backpacker vibe that felt a little seedy. Definitely a push to sell tours.

Staff was nice the first day, but turned pushy the longer we stayed. They suddenly decided breakfast was not included the day of checkout which was rediculous. (we did get it after making a point) laundry took 2 days, no cleaning the room inbetween, bathroom was poor, leaking sink. Overall, for the same price you can get better easilly.
The room wasn't that clean, it is not comfy.
Like living in a horror movie. A nightmarish esperienze.
