The staff were very friendly & helpful especially in the evacuation process when fire destroyed part of the hotel rendering it uninhabitable. The room was excellent and was cleaned each day to a high standard. Not much. The hotel isn't in the best location, but the tuk tuk service is good. Perhaps if they had waited to finish renovations after fire it might have been better.not much left at 0830 at breakfast.also workmen were doing renovations all day impossible to rest in afternoons.Will not stay there again.Is not 4 star hotel they would not let us cancel booking after finding out about fire.Also took payment straight away after booking.Not payment on arrival witch booking . com says happens.
