Good location of the hotel. Helpful and friendly English speaking staff. Good value for the money. Breakfast is served on the roof terase. During the stay we booked day trip with tuk-tuk around Battambang and get the best tuk-tuk driver - Mr.Blue and his Batmobile. It was great and pleasant experience. Warm and helpful staffs here. Good location closing to the old market. It is not a big city so it is very easy to any place you want. Surprise me that the young smart boy can speck English Chinese France very well. 可以用中文英文法文交流地点方便服务热情设施有点老但很干净有免费接站.
all reviews » helpful staff always ready to arrange you a tour/bus ticket/whatever. i suggest you to come here if you do not expect anything luxurious, it good but rooms are a bit oldish. in needed a place to sleep and it did the job pretty well. The location was great near restaurants and the market. The friendly staff who could speak many languages and didn't try to push their tours. The hotel tuk tuk driver who took us to the hotel from the bus station for no charge. The staff were super friendly and really helpful the hotel was very well located and popular. The bed was comfortable and room clean really good place to stay in Battambang. The staff was wonderful, the room was very good value. We will return. Loved the rooftop restaurant. Really good stay, very pleasant staff great breakfast and a lovely parting gift....pleasant surprise. Great hotel with good central location and good value for money. It had a good location, close to the market, banks and places to eat. Good couple of cafés opposite and next door for breakfast. The roof terrace was also nice and the staff were helpful. Budget place with nice staff and very clean. Tuktuk drivers contracted from the hotel are winwin. location. The hotel was placed in a perfect location, near everything in the city. For Chinese people only one thing we need. it would be better if we can make hot water at the hotel. I did not ask them to provide just not see the boilling machine. Nothing - but everything closes very early in this town!!. Nothing not to like. All good. The room is basic and that is reflected in the price but it was all nice and clean and had hot water. I say basic but we may have been spoilt on our trip by other hotels so to be fair it is value for money and we had no problem staying there. Depending on what floor u are on there are lots of stairs so if u have a heavy bag and are on the third floor ask for help. cleaners were in my room before I had vacated my room at 8 am. They doesn't include free bottled water or breakfast. We didin't like the staff at all, the communication with them was hard and they were not nice at all.
