  Viktoria Family Hotel is situated on the main street in Balchik. It is a small hotel but is very cozy and pleasant. We stayed for 7 nights, and we had breakfast included. The room was big enough, the furniture is new and very comfortable. There is also a fridge in the room, so you can buy a few things at the supermarket. The AC was included in the... what people say » price. The bathroom is a little small, but you can manage. We also had a little balcony, very nice and useful. The lady in charge with the cleaning c - value for money - excellent; the hotel is located on the second row of buildings on the main promanade of balchik, close to the beaches,restaurants and Queen Mary's palace. very well placed. the staff is very friendly, trying to help and the service is very good. the rooms are rather modest, but clean, furniture is new an also the bathrooms are newly renovated. breakfast is good and they have a nice terrase where one could stay for breakfast and also in the evenings for a drink.the aircondition
