Viktoria Family Hotel is situated on the main street in Balchik. It is a small hotel but is very cozy and pleasant. We stayed for 7 nights, and we had breakfast included. The room was big enough, the furniture is new and very comfortable. There is also a fridge in the room, so you can buy a few things at the supermarket. The AC was included in the price. The bathroom is a little small, but you can manage. We also had a little balcony, very nice and useful. The lady in charge with the cleaning c.

You can dine in the chic, cozy patio with green plants. Your four paws friends are welcome. Very nice & clean rooms with balcony. Homemade & tasty dishes. Friendly, helpful, English speaking staff. They do their job well & one can see the progress from few years ago. There was no breakfast in fact!. noisy and small room,hard to get a parking place,poor breakfast. the attitude of one of the guys from the reception and the fact that I had a very unpleasant episode with the payment. too ex.
