  Viktoria Family Hotel is situated on the main street in Balchik. It is a small hotel but is very cozy and pleasant. We stayed for 7 nights, and we had breakfast included. The room was big enough, the furniture is new and very comfortable. There is also a fridge in the room, so you can buy a few things at the supermarket.   We booked two rooms in this hotel for a weekend with friends. It has a great location, by the sea side, on the boardwalk, great view with the sea. Very quiet, the apartments are treated as small houses with ground (tv, fridge, coach) and floor (bedroom, toilet), both with balcony. They are modest in furniture, some things missing in the bathroom, ... what people say » but overall they are cleaned and great for a few hours sleep. The hotel has its own pool (small but great for kids) and a restaurant (excellent) and t - staff location right by the sea front breakfast included (although the selection isn't very varied)

I was travelling with a dog and this posed no problems at all for the hotel. Breakfasts were basic standard Bulgarian fare but adequate.
