  I specifically liked the kindness of Smilena and the fact that she did her best to make sure we have a nice holiday. The villa was very nice, spacious and clean and also very well equipped.   Viktoria Family Hotel is situated on the main street in Balchik. It is a small hotel but is very cozy and pleasant. We stayed for 7 nights, and we had breakfast included. The room was big enough, the furniture is new and very comfortable. There is also a fridge in the room, so you can buy a few things at the supermarket.   The staff is very nice. I was worried about the car but they gave us a parking slot inside the yard. It was safe there, I wouldn't be happy though with the car parked on the street near a forest, even though there is a guardian.   We booked two rooms in this hotel for a weekend with friends. It has a great location, by the sea side, on the boardwalk, great view with the sea. Very quiet, the apartments are treated as small houses with ground (tv, fridge, coach) and floor (bedroom, toilet), both with balcony.
