  Easy free collection from airport,the courtesy phone is easily spot able as you exit terminal 1 or 2 arrivals. The shuttle arrived promptly the check in staff were excellent. We dined at the hotel Buffett late and were welcomed later a travel group arrived after the buffet should have closed but were again welcomed warmly by the staff. The management and staff are to be.congratulated on - Fantastic hotel, great staff. All the staff here spoke fantastic english, and really helped us out when our flight home was cancelled! They provided a driver service to take us to copacabana beach for the day, which was much cheaper than a normal taxi. They also allowed us to take a shower and use hotel towels etc before our flight home, even though we had already checked out. Service here was exemplary I would recommend it to anybody

  All front desk staffs speak good English. Since this is a business hotel, rates on the weekend was cheaper than the weekdays. Use a yellow taxi if you go to tourist spots. They are honest and you pay by the meter. I used a car service that hotel offers when I visited steel plants that are far from the hotel. It is safe near the hotel. People outside the hotel don't speak English. - Great location if you want to hang around in Lapa. Very close to the metro station so you can easily go to Copacabana and Ipanema as well.
