We dined at the hotel Buffett late and were welcomed later a travel group arrived after the buffet should have closed but were again welcomed warmly by the staff. The management and staff are to be.congratulated on - Fantastic hotel, great staff. All the staff here spoke fantastic english, and really helped us out when our flight home was cancelled! They provided a driver service to take us to copacabana beach for the day, which was much cheaper than a normal taxi. They also allowed us to take a shower and use hotel towels etc before our flight home, even though we had already checked out. Service here was exemplary I would recommend it to anybody

BUT this was our best stay so far, Louis is extremely friendly and helpful, we felt at home at his hostel and if we didn't have a flight to Belem, we would have stayed longer.
