Everything - location, staff, quality of food, peace and quiet, comfort. The owners are wonderful and cannot enough to make your stay the best possible. It was helpful that one of the owners is Scottish so there was no language problem. We'll definitely be returning here. Only one and a half hour's drive from Calais.

Very nice hotel, helpful and charming personel, fitness room with not so many equipments as the sporty people would desire, but nice that it was there (we used it !), sauna and hammam!, room was very clean and gorgeous!-al in all I would give all 5 stars for this hotel.
