  Sofia and her husband, Chris gave us a very warm welcome with the offer of a beer. Our suite was large, designery, comfortable and spotlessly clean. There were numerous small details that turned our stay from very pleasant into lovely. Sofia was very helpful at suggesting restaurants and made reservations on our behalf every evening. Th - First and foremost, order the breakfast here - it is amazing and one of the best I've had while travelling. The facility is extremely nice - big clean rooms with a really nice pool area and comfortable common areas. It is located a couple of blocks outside of Bruges old town and it is a delightful 15 minute walk to the main square. Parking was easy & the neighborhood has everything you could ask for. It is an especially ideal place for families. They even provide small bathrobes for the kid

The accommodation has been newly built in a residential area as a B&B business in the countryside and is clean, comfortable and fit for purpose. Overall the facilities are very highly highly commended. - The Aphrodite B& B was of 5 star standard with spacious rooms furnished to an exceptionally high standard. The host Heidi & Dirk were superb and most welcoming. The breakfasts were wonderful and would keep us going for the day. We would definitely stay there again. Ideally located for Ieper and the battlefields of the First World War. Dirk is a first class guide to the area.

  A cosy small hotel. Very good to relax from the stress of the city. Very good service and a good and quiet breakfast. You can even sleep in because the breakfast can be taken until noon. The beds were large and very comfortab - Polite and very good mannered staff from check in to bar service. Couldn't fault them on customer service. Also good proximity of hotel to town centre, 5km: we drove to hotel, checked in, left car there and took taxi to town. Cost €20, a special deal the hotel has with a local taxi firm. Would have cost more to stay in a hotel in the town centre where parking is also quite expensive. All in all, it was a choice we made not just for the money saving side of it but mainly because we had come to

  We stayed at the Hotel Donny at the beginning and end of our four weeks holiday in Europe.
