The staff were excellent, particularly the front desk, they were knowledgeable about local access, e.g. trains, buses, trams, shopping. The restaurant staff were also friendly and helpful.The apartment was very comfortable, down to the heated floor in the bathroom, a spacious shower area and quality fittings.

However, I am told that this hotel isabsolutely superb, the staff are very friendly and the executive suite'sare quite simply 'stunning' .
