The staff were excellent, particularly the front desk, they were knowledgeable about local access, e.g. trains, buses, trams, shopping. The restaurant staff were also friendly and helpful.The apartment was very comfortable, down to the heated floor in the bathroom, a spacious shower area and quality fittings.

However, I am told that this hotel isabsolutely superb, the staff are very friendly and the executive suite'sare quite simply 'stunning' . Hotel very clean. Staff extremely helpful. Location very handy for Aalst. We were going to a concert in CC de Werf and it was ideal (about a 10 minute walk through the town centre). The breakfast was superb, with every conceivable choice and as much as you could eat. Would certainly stay here again.
