The hotel has an exellent location next to Grand Place, in the middle of the most vibrant part of Brussels. It is located on the nice square. The staff is friendly an helpful, room was clean and warm,and was facing a nice square. The hotel is also close to the metro station. I've been in this hotel many times for business trip. The position of the hotel is perfect. Close to the city center (grand place etc.) and close to central station. Very very close to "La morte subite" serving the famous flavored beer and to the Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert (glamour shopping arcade). Free wifi, clean room (I don't like the choice of the colors of some rooms... too brown, but it is a very personal judgment). Great breakfast! Many good options (and I'm Italian and picky!).

Modern rooms and decor. Everything was very clean, and suprisingly eco-friendly. Lovely breakfast. The reception staff were extremely helpful.
