  Liked everything and cannot fault a thing. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We would def recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Brussels.   I totally recommend this hotel! It is about a few minutes from the train station Bruxelles Central and it's next to all the shopping streets.   The personnel was friendly from the moment I arrived early to check-in until I checked out with just passiv my card over. Unlike many in Bruxelles, the offered up front to handle my luggage and even took the coat. The room was spacious, the bathroom larger and better than the 5 star hotels I have stayed at. Overall one of the best - Friendly staff, a parking garage near the hotel for 15 euro's a day, wifi, the room was nice and clean, very close to metro station Botanique, a supermarket (Carrefour) next to the hotel. We didn't ate breakfast at the hotel, but bought some orange juice and croissants in the supermarket and ate them on a bench in the park next to Botanique.

  I have stayed at this hotel several times over the last 10-15 yrs as I work with the E.U. on several projects. I grew fond of this hotel especially because the owner (?) -a very polite lady- always made us feel very welcome. I asked about her when we stayed there last week, but the staff told me she comes to the hotel only on weekends. If possible... what people say » , please convey my greetings to her and hope to see her next time I visit Brussels. - The bathrooms were large and very clean. The beds were clean and comfortable --my kids liked the lofted bed area. Overall it was a small space, but that didn't really matter to us. We had a great view out the front of the building with a balcony.
