  The location of the hotel was great- very close to the station, though I did go out the wrong door and get lost for a while. Oh well! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I did arrive early and was happy to leave my luggage and go for a walk, but no they found me a room immediately and I was soon settled in. Othe staff helped me with internet... what people say » connection later and gave me advice about getting to things I wanted to see and restaurants for dinner. Everything was spotlessly clean. My room was - The hotel is very near to Brussels Central Station . When I reached this station , there are lack of signage in English and no free map is available at station ,which its slight difficult for me to find the hotel location for the first time . On the second day , we goes around the Brussels Central tourist attraction . It's very convenient because the hotel is located within walking distance to these tourist attraction . You will not get lost when you walk around . Just in case you are lost ,

  We absolutely loved the room. Nicely decorated, own kitchenette with cookware, and stylish. It was spotlessly clean. The bed was also really comfortable. Tap water in the room was really tasty, as it is considered one of the best tap waters in Europe. WE also had a little fridge in the room, which was really useful and unexpected. We enjoyed a Nespresso coffee, with freshly squeezed orange juice, some organic bread, butter and selection of jams and spreads, and boiled e - The lovely house with its cute kitchen and yard and Karen's warm welcome. She made me a cup of tea when she saw that I had just arrived from a long tiresome flight. She speaks fluent English, Spanish, French and Belgian of course and makes you feel like you've known her for years. She also prepared a delicious pot of strawberry jam for breakfast which she prepared herself the day before.

  Considering the price and style of hotel, it's a great place to stay. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable, and we only shared our bathroom with one other person (there seems to be only two or three rooms per floor). The location is very close to the North train station, and the walk to the city center is easy and enjoyable.   When we first noticed the hotel flags we were impressed by the location. The hotel is so close to the hub and centre of Brussels, we were able to walk everywhere. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an incredibly friendly and welcoming recepitionist, she was full of smiles. The hotel was, in our view, was very luxurious. The price of the accomodation was a bargain f - I've been in this hotel many times for business trip. The position of the hotel is perfect. Close to the city center (grand place etc.) and close to central station. Very very close to "La morte subite" serving the famous flavored beer and to the Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert (glamour shopping arcade). Free wifi, clean room (I don't like the choice of the colors of some rooms... too brown, but it is a very personal judgment). Great breakfast! Many good options (and I'm Italian and picky!).

  The personnel was friendly from the moment I arrived early to check-in until I checked out with just passiv my card over. Unlike many in Bruxelles, the offered up front to handle my luggage and even took the coat. The room was spacious, the bathroom larger and better than the 5 star hotels I have stayed at. We didn't ate breakfast at the hotel, but bought some orange juice and croissants in the supermarket and ate them on a bench in the park next to Botanique.

  Modern rooms and decor. Everything was very clean, and suprisingly eco-friendly. Lovely breakfast. The reception staff were extremely helpful. I enjoyed my stay and will easily go back there - Perfectly situated close to both the central station and city center. The room was quiet and the breakfast very good.
