Although we were booked into a room on the 7th floor (and not 1st or 2nd as I requested) the receptionist was happy to change us immediately, and we had a very comfortable and spacious room on the 3rd floor, which was fine. It was very quiet too. The breakfast was fantastic ! And restaurant was excellent too, and staff very friendly and helpful.

The staff are very friendly and I love the all in concept. It is excellent value for money and the rooms are modern and clean. I recommend taking a double room as the single rooms are small and dont have a boath but the double rooms are perfect.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the last 10-15 yrs as I work with the E.U. on several projects. I grew fond of this hotel especially because the owner (?) -a very polite lady- always made us feel very welcome. I asked about her when we stayed there last week, but the staff told me she comes to the hotel only on weekends. If possible

Modern rooms and decor. Everything was very clean, and suprisingly eco-friendly. Lovely breakfast. The reception staff were extremely helpful. The appartment was just perfect! Situated in the center of the city, is the perfect place to stay when you are visiting Brussels and some interesting places around. The appartment has enough space, the kitchen has mostly all you can need and it is not noisy at night even it is in the center. I would strongly recommend it to everyone who is looking for a nice place without paying a big amount of money.

It was a wonderful hotel. The room was huge with a huge bed as well and with an excellent view of the city. Very clean and comfortable.
