It provided a comfortable base for our six days stay in Brussels and the location was absolutely perfect for us: right opposite the Central Station from where we took the train to Bruges and Den Haag, within five minutes walk of the beautiful main square and ten minutes walk of the Museum of Fine A... what people say » rts. - Staff were excellent, friendly and proffesional. Internet rate were reasonable for a 5 star hotel, 1st 3 hours free, then per minute up to 45 minutes then per day. Check in was quick in less than 5 minutes, check out was the same.

  Only a couple of mins from Gare du Midi, this hotel was not only convenient but also clean, very comfortable and centrally located. About 20mins walk from Grande Place. The booking had not been changed as requested from 2 doubles to 1 triple, but the receptionist (manager?) offered us a family room at no extra cost. A welcome decision, which made... what people say » our stay even more comfortable than it would have been otherwise. We did not use any other facilities as it was a late check in and early check out. - The staff person who checked us in and out was friendly, efficient, and helpful. We were greeted warmly upon our arrival and that set the tone for the entire stay. Kudos to that associate; I wish I could recall his name. Also, the hotel was very comfortable and quiet, and the room was well appointed. The sound proof windows worked like a charm even though our room was over a busy street. The location was good for us because we used the Midi station coming and going and for a day trip.

  It was a wonderful hotel. The room was huge with a huge bed as well and with an excellent view of the city. Very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is great, only a small walk to the main city square.
