Close to aeroport and shuttle came aas soon I phoned them in hotell. comfortable and clean room, all one need for stay and sleep after late flyght.everything was very efficient and accessible. clean, practical, internet works immediately, good shuttle.

This was our third budget hotel, Formula 1, mercure, and the Etap at Charleroi Airport was the best, looked and smelt clean, also it was very new.liked the three bed setup, would use again.Staff was good, service was excellent, and the airport shuttle really helped!. Yes we would , just make it possible to use the shuttle service when we arrive from a flight. Although hotel knew this, didn't inform us (on telephoning) and caused us min 30 mins hanging around airport in freezing cold. No heating in hotel bedroom, lobby food machine out of order.Shuttlebus only operated in early morning and after 6p.m. Not easy to locate.The location was a bit hard to find given the many roundabouts you have to take to get there. Shape and size of room / bunk bed over main bed / lack of eating and drinking facilities within, and close to, hotel. But in view of the price these points are hardly relevant.It was cold in the dining room and in the corridors, even in the room! 7eur for breakfast like that it's too mcuh, could be better. Although I asked for a non - smoking room, the room and the bedding smelt of smoke.poor forniture. no transfer to the airport. Lack of food choice. the "triple" room was a double bed with a single bunk bed above, which wasn't very practical for three people who aren't related!. Lack of facilities. Room on ground floor, near reception - occasionally noisy.The beds where to hard so we didn't sleep very well. The bed was not good and the pillows are to small. Breakfast could be a bit better, poor choice!. You can see it from the airport, so we decided to walk there. It's very difficult to reach by foot. The rooms are very basic.unable to get a meal--The hotel was in an industrial area--almost looked like 1 of the surrounding factories. No decent food available, Internet and wi-fi prices.The fact that I paid to leave my car but had to take a taxi to get backas there was no free shuttle service. it cost me 20 euros in a taxi from the airport for a distance of approx 3 km as the shuttle bus works only in the morning and evening and I had to walk to the airport and back to get some food!!! their is a pisa delivery service which starts at 17:30 hours which is ok but a bit expensive.
