the room was so large and comfortable, and so was the bathroom! Pretty good breakfast, too. Also, really nice and helpfull folks at the reception. Internet, breakfast, LCD TV, and above all, the hospitality of the hotel staffs.Everything was good. It is close to the Nord station. It is clean, breakfast is good. I really like the hotel and suggest everyone to stay their. Great room, heaps of space which is good when you need a rest after travelling.

Also just infront there is an airport shuttle. The room was clean and staff helpful. Good value for money. Good location, direct bus from aeport. The hotel Albert was clean and offered very good value-for-money. I was slightly fortunate in that they put me in the Residence Albert, an annexe to the hotel next door-but-one normally used for longer-staying guests. The staff were friendly and breakfast was continental, as much as you can eat.good location, plasma tv with all french, many french speaking channels, tve i, rtp i, zdf, cnn, euronews eng... the receptionist lady helped me a lot to know how to go to Laeken area, she even called a friend on her mobile to ask him!!!!. Staffs are very nice. The street is a little noisy.clean, breakfast, friendly staff. The hotel is good located for public transport tram and buses 3 buses from gard du nord, and trams going all directions from louise, midi, university of ulb, braband market, etc..., however the lift of the hotel is a bit scaring(very small lift and small colidors wall just a size of medium suite case.) breakfast is fairly good but if you have a room near lift this make noise with door banging.Friendlyness of the staff. And because my flight was very early I could get some yoghurts to take along. Nice location, close to tram and metro, staff was great and veryhelpful, wireless internet is available. ample room, quiet. The double room was quite large, comfortable and elegant. The bathroom was also very nice.The bus stop was directly in front of the hotel, and a quick ride to the city center. Free Wi-Fi access; good fair rates. The bath room was very clean. The curtains of my room were a little broken (hooks) which meant that they did not quite cover the whole window; made worse by the fact my room overlooked the street, so I never got darkness in my room. towels were not renewed, and i never got any shampoo. Much too warm in the rooms, and it was November. noise when lift is running, small coridors. As a non smoker I could smell that the room was a smookers room. This was the only minor thing. Everything else is ok. Room smelt bad, furniture very old, neighborhood is sometimesfrightening. neighbourhood. Location.The neighborhood of the hotel was nothing special. The bathroom was kind of a wreck. The shower/tub had tiles missing so you could see underneath it.This time the room was quite small. It's what I expected for the price, but the room was a bit grimy. The white sheet had a brown stain and I have never seen a window frame with so much mould around it - it made the room smell funny. The neighbourhood didnt feel very safe.the neighborhood is not good at night. Yup, the parking system, lack of info when needed. slightly shabby. the shower could have done with a new head. At the present time, a reconstruction is on the way...There was a corridor to the fire escape close to our room, which people used for smoking and they also left the door open - we thus got the smoke smell into our room and also the room became very cold. There was no parking place in spite of written affirmation, that a parking place will be reserved.They said letsbookhotel.com rejected my credit card, which is not true, since I am writing this review. They put me in a room, changed the room the third night. The fourth night, I was supposed to change hotel. With my luggage down, they let me keep the room. You have to pay in advance, like for prostitutes. the single room is extremely tiny about 5-8m2.The bathroom is crapy.Room poorely furnished, the toilet was broken and noisy, the bed was small and uncomfortable, in short everything was crummy except the television. The location is much farther away from downtown (they say 800m, it's at least 2km!) and it's bad at night cause you have to take a taxi. As we got in our room, we found a used condom in the middle of the floor. If you are on the 5th floor, the elevator takes you to the 4th and then you have to drag the luggage up through very narrow stairs.the pillow smelled funny. The room needed some maintenance in several areas. I asked for a non smoking room and when we arrived teh windows had been left open to air the room. The previous guests had been heavy smokers !. I had booked a double room, but was given a very small single room, witha cupboard for a bath room. The lino on the floor had holes, the celingwas also missing paper, and although the bathroom was clean it was veryunappealing - could not bring myself to use the small shower or thefacilities. Skipped breakfast and was out as soon as possible. the cleanease and the price. a place that wants to be a hotel should have clean rooms with out spiders and obnoxious smells. They charged for room twice. Its fraud. You need to cancel this type of hotel from your list. Kindly arrange to refund Euro 65.
