The hotel was fabulous and very romantic for a couple. It was in a great location and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Our room was very luxurious and had great views of the city. Also. the leisure facilities were lovely. This is a truly exceptional hotel in a great location. The staff were outstanding, flexible, helpful, efficient - the room was beautiful, tastefully decorated, and the whole experience was a joy. Highly recommended.

Heating was off the first night, it was turned on only when we asked it. Breakfast 30 euro per person! Baby cot made without the hard mattress! The positive thing: all complaints were satisfied immediately.An administration / paperwork charge of €5 per person is added because we booked through letsbookhotel.com. Parking is€25 per car - cheaper to park on the street ! Morning staff were very rude and slow. The only option for breakfast was a €30 per person for a champagne breakfast - not suitable for a business trip. The hotel staff was not friendly at all. They were not helpful regardingrestaurant reservations and were quite rude at times. In my opinion, thehotel does not deserve it's 'Small Luxury Hotel' certification. We havestayed at many hotels in the same category that go the extra mile fortheir guests, and this one did not. The amenities did not match up tothe certification either.

Hotel De Tuilerieën consists of 45 superior deluxe rooms and junior suites. The dignity and history of a grand and elegant 15yh century mansion has been preserved, but at the same time a luxurious interior with all modern comfort has been created! The windows of our hotel are out of original Ventian glass.
Pieter Porters, the famous Belgian interior decorator, has made a masterpiece of each room. We are a Proud member of "Small Luxury Hotels of the World".

Please note that access to the wellness comes at an additional fee of EUR 10 per person. Please note that children are welcome at the hotel, upon request. Please note that an extra fee will be requested in case an extra bed is requested in the room (max. 1 extra bed per room) : EUR 25 per child that is 2 years old or younger. The bed provided will be a cot. EUR 40 per guests of 3 years and older. A single bed will be provided.
