Absolutely everything! Our rooms were very spacious, clean and actually looked like the pictures on the website! Our hosts were incredible and we would highly recommend staying at the Bonobo for families because of the extra space. The breakfasts were very good, location is great - we walked from the train station with our luggage with no problems and were very close to the main areas of town.

The manager took a keen interest on ensuring that any questions were answered and went out of his way to be as helpful as possible. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brugge. Great location too! Parking in the lot was also a very nice feature. Rooms were very large and nicely decorated.Apartment 15 opened onto the patio. The bedroom window framed a stunningview of the church tower and was gorgeous at night. We had a private,gated parking space. The owners were lovely, warm, helpful. The locationis a quiet street just one or two streets off the city center. Perfectlocation. We needed to visit the St. Jan's Hospital which was an easy, 5minute drive away. Upon our arrival we were greeted by the owners and given very informative maps and guides locating the hotel and the city's attractions. We were also allowed to complete forms with personal details and return these to reception after being shown to our room, and being allowed time to unpack and relax after the journey - a nice touch.The location was excellent.Close to everything and quiet.We loved Han's keen sense of humour and appreciated his helpfulness and friendliness.A plentiful breakfast of choice was also welcomed each morning.It was a real treat to have our bed made up each day and the apartment cleaned.The hotel was perfect in every way. Hans, the owner of the hotel, was friendly and extremely helpful. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable and the hotel's position in Bruges was perfect, which meant we could leave the car in the enclosed private car park and explore the city on foot. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.The owners welcome you like friends and nothing is too much for them. It took me some time to find it after i got off the bus.the beds were a bit to firm for our comfort level, but that is so very subjective that it isn't really a negative. We had a slight problem with mosquitoes, obviously not the hotels fault, but worth knowing that you may require spray or bite cream. Because of the canals, there are a lot of them in Bruges and we got biten a lot whilst in the room.

The Bonobo Apart Hotel is situated amidst the 2 ancient and famous towers of Bruges: The Saint Saviours Cathedral and the Church of Our Lady.
