A Delightful B+B, you would be hard pressed to better this one!! Good sized room with pleasant bright decor,centrally heated plus additional A/C unit, fridege and free safe. Well equipped bathroom with excellent shower, hair dryer etc. A breakfast buffet to die for in a light airy room with soft background music and a charming hostess. All just a short walk to No 1 gate and the centre of the city and only 10/15minutes from the station.
all reviews » Our stay at Villa Des Raisins was one of our most enjoyable stays at a BandB in our trvel experiences. The room was beautiful and very clean. The bath facility was exceptional. The BandB is located within easy walking distance of the Old Town as well as the rail station. At night, all was extremly quiet. The breakfast was excellent as well. Over all, it was an extremly pleasant stay.The bandb was amazing.AAA.Decorated in ArtDecó, it is so nice.We arrivedand nicely,Catherine offered us a coffe in her living-room.The room wasvery clean and perfectly decorated.Situation from the center is quitegood,at 10 minutes.The breakfast was perfect,and she prepared all withcaptivation.I Left the car in a garage for free in front of thehotel.Totally recomended.We´ll return for sure. Everything. The hosts are friendly and the place is welcoming with nice little touches with decorations and complimentary soft drinks and map. Breakfast room was lovely and stylish as were the food laid out. Parking was right outside the entrance; with garage available across the road if wanted. Easy to locate if you're driving from Calais A16-A18-E40. Definitely would love to stay again.Superb hospitality, the room was absolutely excellent and far supeiror to some 4 star hotels! A wide selection of fresh foods available at breakfast and no limit on quantity.A truly wonderful, great value for money hotel/BandB, I would recommend this to anyone considering staying in Brugge. The breakfast was very tasty with good cheeses and hams. The rooms were trim and very nicely decorated. The owners were very helpful. The location was also very good - to the main square it was 15 minutes walking. It was possible to park the car next to the hotel without paying. Do yourself a favor, Google map this or call before you go or expect a confusing walk behind new train station construction. Once you are there, location is right at gate of Brugge. I suggest take the bus at start, seem frequent. The walls and floors are quite thin, there is noise coming through from the adjacent rooms.The hotel is a little out of the centre of Bruges but only a 15/20 min walk to the Markt. There are no negatives about this B7B it is wonderful.Overhead noise from the feet of the guests above us. Maybe, in the summer season, there will be many noise in the out room if you want to open the windows, but, if there is closed, you wont hear any noise.A wooden floor creak ....
