Friendly helpful staff,lovely canal side setting with charming garden and terrace,welcoming to our little dog and even laid breakfast for us in the bar so he could stay with us. Easy walk to town centre and parking for our VW camper van in adjacent garage Good large breakfast with plenty of vegetarian options. We couldn't have found better for the money!. They offered a package deal which I used as a first-timer in Brugge and found very convenient. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room and bathroom, great breakfast included, great position.

The one they have will barely dry your hair and is not hot enough for styling. I thought the hot buffet breakfast could have been topped up more as it always seemed to run out fairly quickly.Glasses in minbar were dirty. would have been better to have an option for dinner. Room warm at nights. creaky floors. General decoration, carpets and paintwork etc requires upgrading.
