friendliness of hotel staff and cleanliness of the hotel. Very nice quiet area although in the centre of Antwerp. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Good location. It was very expensive for the standard offered.

The hotel is very quietly situated and has a patio with a 16th-century colonnade and a green garden with view on an 18th-century façade. In the summer you can enjoy the delicious hot and cold breakfast buffet on the patio, in the shadow of the hotel's own Pagadder tower (the oldest observation tower in town).
