High quality hotel with friendly, informative staff and many little extras. Our room, in the Villa, was more of a suite and very well presented. The location is close to bus routes, only a short walk into the centre of Salzburg and but in a quiet area. Add to this ease of access and free onsite parking and it hard to see how it could be bettered.

They booked places for us to eat and she told as about the Christmas market. They also helped us with booking of the train to our next location. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful and really made our surprise birthday trip with all of their attention to detail. The room was large and spacious, the bed comfortable and the bathroom excellent. Breakfast was superb and well worth the money, and the location outside the city centre is no problem as it's easily walkable (15 minutes along the river) or 5 minutes by bus. I would return to this hotel without hesitation.
