In one word - WOW!!! best hotel I have ever been or seen. It is like a winter palace and I was the princess! So romantic and beatiful. Everything about this hotel is amazing. It is like its mission is being perfect. The spa is so beautiful and fun. The close by SKI resort is a bonus ( if you take ski lessons there ask in advance for HANNA to be your teacher). Excellent staff - friendly, attentive, courteous, and willing to share lots of info about the local area. The breakfast and dinners were superb. Period. The wellness area was also very nice with multiple saunas, an indoor pool, and relaxation rooms overlooking the countryside. Rooms were spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. -

We stayed for our ski vocation for the first time in Zell am Ziller,we enjoyed every single minute that we spent in the hotel.First of all it was very warm welcome from the staff.Secondly,very great room with a lot of space,amazing view from balcony and of couurse amazing breakfast at the morning.
I will come back for sure because it's worth it.
