  This is a wonderful hotel, first impression was - oh no, it looks so commercialised - but was I wrong. Reception staff, fantastic, obliging, efficient, professional. We were upgraded to a suite in the adjoining building - our room (315) although a bit outdated (Bathroom!!) was still lovely.
