The family who run the hotel are absolutely delightful people who could not have been more helpful and had excellent English. The food was lovely, the room was beautiful, everything was spotlessly clean and so nice and warm. The views over the valley were lovely too. -

Nice spacious twin room with balcony overlooking the mountains, very clean. Bathroom was also large and spotless. Staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel is centrally located, 10min walk from railway station, 5 minutes walk from buses going to Kaprun and Kitzsteinhorn cable car or locally to Schmittenbahn, 5 min walk to the lake promenade and boats, restaurants and shops nearby. The restaurant has good and affordable food for an evening meal. Internet wireless worked very well.

The owners and the staff were great - spoke excellent english and helped us when ever we asked. Lovely hotel, good views of mountains and just 100m from the village centre. Food excellent and very affordable. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and large enough for our travel cot. The owners greet you and checked us in, they made us feel welcome.
