  cleanliness, facilities in the room (T.V., tea-coffee station, working table etc.) were quite okay and staff were helpful and friendly - However i did not stay long, i liked the atmosphere of the hotel and room. Nice furnitures, clean room, nice restaurant.

  Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Champagne buffet breakfast was outstanding -- lots of choices, and food was of good quality. Minutes down the street to a metro that's only a couple of stops from the center of Altstadt. The rooms were renovated, modern, and quite clean and comfortable.   The hotel is very convenient - near bus stops and 2 train stations. Well- equipped for a family of 4. Supermarket across the street. No elevators but not a problem for us. Clean and enough space for us. To get your keys, just phone Mr. Wagner ahead of time and at the end of the stay, there was no fuss. Just leave your keys in the apartment. ... what people say » I would recommend this apt. to other travellers. - I was on a business trip for a conference at the Messe, and the apartment location was perfect for this purpose. Spacious, comfortable and clean and directly across from a supermarket. Herr Wagner was a very attentive host. I would recommend contacting the owners a few days prior to make arrangements to meet as there is no reception.
