Renovated in 2014, Hotel Hillinger is just off the A23 motorway and a 5-minute drive from the United Nations headquarters, the Austria Center Vienna, and the modern business and shopping area in the north-east of the city. Free WiFi and free parking are available. The modern rooms are air-conditioned and feature a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with a hairdryer. At the Hillinger Hotel’s restaurant, guests can enjoy classic Austrian cuisine and international dishes, as well as a varied breakfast buffet. A café is also on site. The hotel is suitable for disabled guests. For seminars, congresses and celebrations, several areas are available, and a unique event hall for up to 3,000 people is next to the hotel. During summer, an outdoor pool, which is only 50 metres away, can be used free of charge. In the same area you can learn rock climbing or perfect your skills in Austria’s largest climbing gym. location. personell was very polite. Free parking place, quiet zone, near by Donau Turm, Prater; Donau Zentrum is only ten minutes to.Good friendly staff. Quite a good breakfast. A very friendly elderly lady looked after the dining area made sure I had my eggs. Good experience!.

There were some unheated rooms, but the personell was excelent, they gave us new rooms imidiatelly.Internet access required additional payment and was expensive. Poor TV station access; almost all stations were in German, so little access in other languages like English. Room was quite small and lacked a comfortable sitting chair or sofa. No beverage service (coffee/tea) or heating pot in the room and no room refrigerator either.some rehabilitation works during my stay (noise). Staff at restaurant was not very interested in costumers service, until you ask them.

The motorway to the city centre is only a few metres away. With the underground, bus or tram you can reach the centre, the fairground and the EURO 2008 stadium in a few minutes.
