  My God. One of my experiences. To have had the honor to stay in this wonderful home and to meet the lovely Eder family. It was a chance of a lifetime. The best reception I had in my life when Madam Rosa opened the door for me with that beautiful smile and the warm welcoming. I will never forget that lady. I would give this home a seve - The guesthouse is very beautiful and hosts are welcoming. They constantly watch to feel good and they help you with information. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Internet works very well. The guesthouse is located in a quiet area but close to the center of the village where are shops and restaurants. Not so far is a golf course. From here you can make trips on mountain areas which are a lot of beauty. We felt very well and we recommend very warmly the guesthouse to everyone.

  I liked everything in the pansion. It is located in the center of Kaprun, all the shops and bars are just 2-3 minutes to walk. The hosts are very hospitable and ready to help in every situation. The pansion is extremely clean, the interior is new. Ski bus stops just in 10 meters from the front door and in 10 minutes it is bringing you to both resorts (K - I like this family a lot. They are very friendly. I stayed for 2 night but I was hopping to stay more. They also provide Zell am see kaprun card for free, so you can enjoy most of the tourist places without paying (fantastic offer). I enjoy my stay with them. Also, their hotel is near the kaprun kitzsteinhorn a very fantastic tourist place. I strongly recommended this house.:)
