Location. Staff are not nice You not allowed to eat or drink soda in the lobby if not from their own restaurant.bath room has no doors , no wifi in rooms I booked and paid for seven night in advance with no cancelation what so ever. From the bad manner I only stayed 3 days and left .

Travelling information

Zell am See train station is 6 km away (Transfers from and to the train station are available subject to a charge); and Salzburg Airport is 80 km to the north.

By car: Take the A 8 motorway, coming from the direction of Nürnberg and Munich, towards Salzburg. Take the exit "Bad Reichenhall" and drive towards Lofer (you will not need to purchase a motorway vignette), drive past Zell am See straight towards Kaprun.
