  Judy and Micheal made you feel at home with their warm and friendly approach to guests. The food was beautifully prepared and presented. The room was large and comfortable, with feather down doona and pillows. The bathroom had under floor heating, with a good shower. Loved the balcony and location - bus at the front door.   We booked a quadruple room for 4 (3 sisters over 20 and our mom). The room was spacious with a large balcony that overlooked the mountains. The balcony is enclosed but has large windows that open up. The room had a double bed, and 2 single beds pushed together. We only spent one night in Innsbruck and arrived during a heat - Very central hotel - couldn't be closer to shops and the old town. Helpful staff. We arrived at mid-day and our room was already ready. Spotlessly clean. Plenty of storage space. Good internet connection. The hotel has a check-in machine in the lobby, so you can arrive at any time. We had a small room facing the street, but the sound-proofed windows meant we had very little street noise. Tram and bus stops are right outside, so easy to get to airport or station on public transport.

  We loved the room and the view, the peacefully setting in the woods etc, the hotel was lovely and warm and the staff were really pleasant. I would definately stay again and would not hesitate to recommend. - The location is lovely and scenic. The staff are amazingy friendly and acommodating. We will be back again next year!!
