It could have been a lot warmer. We knew it didn't have air conditioning, but it would be a welcome addition.No lobby. No A/C (but usual for the area).The first 2 nights, there were dirty glasses in our room. Would have liked wifi in the rooms or wired access to internet with own laptop. tv. Breakfast, hot food was not replenished throughout the service. Hot drinks were not served hot but luke warm. Woken by eight o'clock as maid was starting/preparing to clean rooms.

A lavish buffet breakfast is served in the mornings from 07:00 until 10:00. On Sundays, breakfast runs until 11:00, allowing you to have a lie in. Enjoy everything from cereals to ham, eggs, juices, coffee, freshly baked bread and welcoming service. Daily newspapers are to be found in the breakfast room as well. There is even a great bistro on ground floor of the building where you can enjoy homemade Tyrolean dishes at lunch.
