Pretty much everything. The staff speaks fluent English and satsfied all my needs, answered all the questions. The room was clean, pleasantly spacy (although not large), with very comfortable bathroom. We stayed in a family room for 1 night due to our early morning flight.
This hotel was ok for that purpose. The shuttle bus to the airport was a
perfect option. We paid eur 18 for all 4 of us. Alternative would be to
walk 10 minutes to the station and take s7 for eur 7 in total. So it was
worth to pay a bit more for the comfort.

The hotel is conveniently located: the U3 is quite close and it takes you directly to the first district. Moreover, I was able to go jogging in Prater every day! The staff is friendly, the food is awesome and the room was as clean as a pin... I LOVED it.

Although I hoped it would be a good place, I never expected it would be
so good. The location is perfect: in the very center of the city, but in
a unbelievably quite street, so nothing will disturb your sleep. My room
was very clean and spacious room with everything important at hand.
Breakfast was very nice, accompnied by Strauss recording, with a
pleasntly moderate choice of food, not too much and everything was very
fresh. I liked it a lot and would recommend tha place to everybody.

The hotel is very convenient - near bus stops and 2 train stations. Well- equipped for a family of 4. Supermarket across the street. No elevators but not a problem for us. Clean and enough space for us. To get your keys, just phone Mr. Wagner ahead of time and at the end of the stay, there was no fuss. Just leave your keys in the apartment.

I was on a business trip for a conference at the Messe, and the apartment location was perfect for this purpose. Spacious, comfortable and clean and directly across from a supermarket. Herr Wagner was a very attentive host. I would recommend contacting the owners a few days prior to make arrangements to meet as there is no reception.
