  It was sheer pleasure to stay at Quay West! The Staff were friendly, efficient and attentive and bent over backwards to be helpful. I ordered Room Service breakfast which was delivered hot and on time and it was everything and more than I expected.   Cleaning staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a superior apartment after a mix up between the letsbookhotel.com booking and how the hotel had received the booking. The hotel staff were very prompt in resolving the issue. - Great location, right opposite the beach with plenty of local restaurants nearby.
