The front desk staff were excellent - really friendly and happy to go out of their way to help guests. I had made a mistake with my booking and one of the duty managers allowed me to make a change to the booking that technically she did not have to. I wasmost appreciative and will certainly return. Location to relatives living in Paddington. Location to Rushcutters Bay. Suited well.
Comfortable room, well serviced, enjoyed stay. Staff efficient and friendly. Ambience really good. The dining room looks out onto a park, very good, very good location for a pleasant, quiet stay in Sydney. Will stay again.
The location was great, close to the bay but also close to great restaurants, night life and the SCG

Loved the view of the park from my room. It was quiet as I had asked
for. Decor was excellent, bed comfy (king), shower good, swimming pool

The staff were extremely helpful since we were running late for a concert at Allianz Stadium due to traffic. They reserved a taxi for us checked us in quickly and had the car parked within 10 minutes of our arrival and we were on our way.
I Liked the location of the hotel. Lovely area for walking, easy to get
to city. I did like the fact that one particular staff member, Gabby,
went out of her way to resolve a problem of the restaurant being shut.
We have stayed here once before. The food in Curve is great, staff super friendly, bed was comfortable and room nice and quiet. There is a lovely park situated on Rushcutters Bay where you can take a nice walk.
I loved the friendliness of the staff. I had an issue with my booking having been cancelled by letsbookhotel.com.... I hadn't received an email. For my inconvenience I was given free parking.
I was visiting my wife in St Vincents Hospital with a broken back and I am in a wheelchair so the room 435 was right excepert they took 4 hours to bring in a roll out bed for my carer.
Although on a busy road was quiet in the room. A big comfy bed. Lovely pool area. Easy parking & great position almost on the bay. Staff were helpful & friendly.
I liked that it was close to the centre of town by bus, which was only across the road. It was near to Kings Cross and just overall central.
Efficiency of the staff compared to other hotels, the price of internet
access is still affordable (20$ for 24hours use over 3 full days).

Swimming pool on the roof is cool, rooms are basic. Rooms with views are not really worth the extra cash.
This was only a one night as we arrived in Sydney in the evening and was sufficient for our requirement.

Had a slight blip with card for the room door which was quickly rectified. Put in room which stunk of smoke which was also quickly changed.
It appeared people were smoking on my floor level.
My card kept demagnetising and so I had to get it re activated at reception
My TV remote did not turn off the TV so I had to get out of bed to turn off at the TV (not a major issue for me but maybe for others).
ONly thing which was annoying was the printer did not work for me in
foyer - tried to print out my boarding pass - kept putting in coins to
no avail. The girls on reception helped a wee bit (they did not leave
their desk), but it was frustrating.

I did not like the noise. I could hear everything happening in the room
next door and for three nights had different people every night who all
made excessive noise. Walls and door to hallway paper thin. I did not
like the fact that on a public holiday the restaurant was closed with no
prior warning - oh except if you were a resident soccer team.
It was too noisy when the private function people invaded the bar. People in the cosy bar could hardly hear. That was more like a pub.
I found the air conditioning not-so-good. The blinds had an issue but I informed the staff and I do believe they will chase that up.

The fact that i payed for a room with a park view and the room i stayed in(418) had a view of Bayswater rd, the railway line and the multi storey building opposite.I will think twice about using letsbookhotel.com and the Vibe hotel chain when i next travel.
It's a big walk up hill to the train station. The curtain in the shower looked a little dirty.
Facilities were a bit dated for the price we were paying.
Noisy in the Vibe on the Saturday night. People drinking and smoking after 11.00. Staff had difficulty with the problem.
When making the reservation we requested a view on the park and bay
this was acknowledged however when we arrived there was none left. (We
had one on a previous trip and found it delightful). Disapointing
particularly because we paid 20% more for the room this time that we
did before .
Breakfast in room - toast was cold when delivered and no attempt had been made to wrap it up to keep warm.
The price difference on the different days, especially since we weren't just staying one night, bit greedy.
Pillows could heave been bit more comfortable .

Few amenities nearby, Kings Cross is a 10-min walk. No Euro/American outlets available and front desk was out of adapters. Bar closes early. Seems more fit for a conference or meeting venue.

We need 2 face washers Also free wi-fi as you can get in SouthEast Asia
including tiny bars ,coffee shops etc.

ordered poached eggs on toast on sourdough bread - as it was worded on the menu. Got a basket of cheap white sliced bread toasted, no butter, 2 eggs lying on the plate under the basket. BUT waitress couldn't have been more helpful - and she was only new too - great manner.
