Close to Kings Cross and great value as well considering the location. The room was small. and a little run down but i don't expect the Ritz for the price I paid. It was very economical and the bed was clean and comfortable. Good value for money.
The staff really went out of their way to make sure we had a good trip. So friendly, lent us umberalls, internet was free. we had a great stay. all reviews
Very convenient location and very cheap accommodation. Staff were wonderfully welcoming. Hassle free check in and check out.
Good location in Sydney City. Room is clean and comfortable. The shower is amazing. very friendly staffs.

Was quiet, comfortable, clean, nice, helpful staff, close to where I
had to go.
The friendly helpful service - the location, the cleanliness, the quirkiness.

Location, clean room,.
Location and price.
Friendly staff.
Location.
Proximity to town and railway station.
Only location.
The balcony.
Big balcony.
Location.
Friendly staff.
nothing.
Noisy late into the night. This is no fault of the hotel, just that it is so close to the busiest part of Kings cross, and there is a fire station 2 doors away. None of this is any reflection on the hotel management.
Would have appreciated some milk and spoons to use with the coffee and cups.
Maybe could have been some milk in fridge and more teabags/coffee,
that's all.
the tricky hot water system and the noise on Saturday night.
Room had no window.
need more tv channels.
The multiple checks held when arriving. Too much personal information required
to be seen. this is Australia, not a third world regime.
You allready had my money and that should have been sufficient.
noisy air con outside.[304] Little things like no milk, no spoon,so when you arrive you have to go out for milk.TV, NO ABC. Little things that could easily be fixed. A 3star hotel, no way.
Room size.
need refirb, bit dingy.
Need more/better lighting and PowerPoint outlets.
The paint of the flooring in the toilet keep peeling off and stick to our feets.
Room hot ,, air conditioner kept cutting out.
Until our request, staff did not change cover of bed. The floor never clean for 8 nights.
Additionally, there is one very noisy pub under the room. If you start to sleep 2 a.m, I can recommend this hotel.
Extremely dirty, shower was black with mould had to wear my thongs. Wall were dirty.
Was a shared balcony.
Needs a good clean
No clear window to the outside world :(.
The room was smelly and the bathroom was a bit dirty with mould, also the blanket was dirty. The windows were locked and couldn't opened it to refresh the air. Also the hotel is located in a bohemian area with too much noise on weekends. There was no soap in the bathroom. I think the hotel was too expensive and is definitely not a 3 stars.
every thing.
