Will stay there again. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly - tried to make up to us for the fact that we had been double booked and got an inferior room to what we thought we had booked. No service of rooms in Sunday and the towels and stuff weren't replaced bad servicing for the price really staff nice but seemed under staffed. Close to Newtown. Not much. Nothing to mention. Hopefully the carpark will be completed soon for undercover parking. Think that would be very helpful and more secure. Shower taps in room 112 malfunction. Very difficult to make cold tap work which almost ruined our trip as we desperately needed a shower before bed after a sweaty day in the city. As an appartment we thought it would have a kitchen as we brought our own breakfasts to cook. It was really only a motel room even though they are listed as apartments. Confusion about location - confirmation stated 1 address, 2 hotels within walking distance, we were staying at the other location. The staff were a bit unprofessional (though not unfriendly); the place was drastically over heated and i was not able to turn the air conditioner down far enough to make the room comfortable for sleeping. No cook top which I had planned to use. My fault as I did not check on my booking confirmation and I assumed there would be one as has been the case in every other Quest Apartment I have stayed in. No shampoo nor towel. Card access to breakfast lounge didn't work. Breakfast lounge very messy and not much variety. Probably better value for the breakfast pack sent to room. The only comment I could make is that the room was a little small. There was only enough room to walk between the bottom of the bed and the wall and bathroom also quite small. Not complaints just general comments. Would happily stay here again. Noisy. No insight parking. Nothing. Bed a bit hard. After hours (11pm - 7am) enterance is not disability friendly -no access to the lift. . We were not given the right room - booked into a room where other people were already staying. We were not told that there were 2 Quest near each other and initially went to the one we thought we had booked in. did not get the room we thought we had booked for i.e. with a balcony and little lounge. No mirror in the room we were in - only could use the bathroom one which gets steamed up and if a person is showering the other person cannot get ready (makeup hair etc) a real pain. The placement of the bed made the room feel cramped; the bed was only a double; very noisy when window was open-I like fresh air so put up with noise. Bathroom ceiling was covered in mould / very unclean, must have been like that for maybe months. To be fair, the rest was all very clean. Inability to accommodate an additional bed for a child. Both rooms only had one bed (double and king). It is very noisy lots of traffic all night. Notice in bathroom asks you to throw wet towels in shower for replacement. There is no service on Sunday, which is not advertised, hence no towels Sunday night or Monday morning. The rooms are shoebox size. No car parking available on our stay. Very small room. Extremely small bathroom. Noise. Very noisy location. Heaps of traffic noise. Couldn't lift my blind at all as entire street of traffic were looking directly in, so no privacy. Too noisy and non private for use of balcony. Room size, traffic noise, lack of parking. Staff attitude, booking details were not checked by staff resulting in room being occupied by another person not book at that hotel but had similar name to me many other problems which made my stay disappointing.
