The staff were very accommodating, respectful and just plain happy to have us. As 6 young adults it was great to not be treated like children. The lady that cleaned our rooms was so lovely and made our stay so much better. I will book there again and I will be telling everyone I know about the hotel. Was just what I needed. Price was excellent considering over motels in Parramatta had increased price by about $200 on top of normal price. Very impressed with female staff member on check in. She was friendly, helpful and fantastic to deal with.
all reviews » that the staff where so friendly . we ate at the motel on the night of our stay and the meal was very good the young lady that served us excellent. we would recommend the motel and plan to stay there again. Gail. Staff were very friendly and helped us with the best way to travel into Sydney, great location to catch transport as we caught the bus into Sydney both days instead of driving. Very friendly helpful staff. The room was clean, tidy and sanitary. The bed was fine and the sheets were clean and crisp. The pool was cold and swimable. Ease and convenience to public transport especially ferry. Staff good value and relaxed, Meals were good too. View to the golf course. I liked the room size and thought it was great value for the price, also great breakfast room and friendly staff. the view from the room was great and a walk on the golf course. Staff were nice and friendly Restaurant was good. The staff were the friendliest staff I have encountered in a very long time. We would stay again. The tranquil outlook onto the golf course Being on busy Victoria made no impact in the room. over all the room was really clean and the staff were really nice and helpful. The triple room had 3 single bbedsrather tha just a double and a single beds. Breakfast was first grade. Nearby restaurants and Shops. Nice people. Great value for money especially for Sydney. The friendly stuff and cleaners and garden. staff and was clean. the room. Service. Location was good & the room was comfortable enough for the time we spent. Outlook from rear window over the Golf Course, pity the balconies were not on this side. some of the staff members were friendly but 1 member was rude. The lady we checked in with was nice . Lovely view over the Golf Course. Great to have the golf course as a view. Comfy bed. The traffic noise at first but then we got used to it:) The drain dip in front of the toilet was a little difficult to lift a child onto the toilet it old have been easier with a flatter surface but l understand why it is like that. The restaurant was very basic and should have been able to use fresh food for more meals rather than frozen processed food-but when asked they did make the effort. Street noise (but you wont change that). Nothing i didn.t like. Nothing the entire experience was very pleasant and they made the kids very welcome aswell. there was no light at the stairs to be able to see coming up/down them at night. Some traffic noise but that's Sydney. Traffic Traffic Traffic. Bit of traffic noise. The motel is getting very old although quite clean. Couldn't booking for longer than i needed to. the noise of the traffic. Balconies overlooking Victoria Road & the NOISE. Just about time for a refurbish, décor very dated. television did not work we reported issue and they failed to fix the problem also the golf course behind the motel was noisy. The towels were old hard & had holes The light have my husband an electric shock & blew up . The lady that served us on checkout didn't care .!!!. Rooms are a little run down. No microwave. No mugs.
